Tuition Policies
Registration & Initial Tuition
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $75 is due per dancer at enrollment. Your first month’s tuition is also collected at that time and will be prorated if the season begins mid-month.
Payment Terms
We accept credit, debit, or ACH payments. A card must be kept on file for hassle-free automatic billing.
Tuition & Billing Structure
Tuition is billed over a 10-month season.
A 10% sibling discount applies to each additional dancer.
Proration is available for mid-month or mid-season enrollments.
We do not offer credits or refunds for missed classes, holidays, or studio closures.
Late Payment Policy
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $10 late fee is added on the 7th if unpaid, with an additional $10 every 7 days thereafter until the balance is resolved.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change, if you need to withdraw, please submit written notice by the 15th of the month to avoid charges for the following month. Tuition, recital fees, and competition fees already processed are non-refundable.
Make-Up Class Policy
Missed classes may be made up within 30 days, subject to availability. Please email us to arrange a make-up class.
Closures & Communication
All important studio updates and closure notices are communicated via email. Please keep your contact information current. Major holidays, picture week, and winter/spring breaks are built into our 11‑month flat-rate tuition. We do not prorate or issue credits for holiday weeks.
Competition & Recital Fees
Dancers on our Company Team should expect additional, non-refundable fees including:
Competition entry fees — per routine, per event
Recital costume cost — based on number of routines
Season recital fee — flat fee per dancer
Optional extras such as choreography, travel, or workshops
